About the Role

As an Assembler, you will work hands‑on to build high‑quality air‑conditioning units in a fast‑paced, safety‑first environment that offers ample room for skill growth and advancement. Your daily duties include assembling units with hand and power tools, following blueprints and engineering drawings, keeping the work area clean and organized, inspecting parts for defects, collaborating with teammates to meet production goals, using basic computer tools to track production and inventory, and suggesting ways to streamline processes while being flexible with overtime and shift changes. • Assemble air‑conditioning units using hand and power tools according to blueprints. • Inspect components for defects and report issues promptly. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. • Track production and inventory data with basic computer tools (Excel, Word). • Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency. • Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets. • Provide flexibility for overtime and shift adjustments as needed.

What You Bring
