About the Role
• Ensure a hospitable environment for guests and owners upon arrival • Handle check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently and professionally • Generate folios and process payments accurately • Manage housekeeping and maintenance requests, coordinating with appropriate departments • Prepare and restock front desk with essential supplies, arrival packets, and local area information • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the right team members • Support the team by taking on additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

From check‑in to check‑out you will deliver warm, professional service and assist with guest needs, ensuring every stay is exceptional. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love helping people, and take pride in top‑tier hospitality, we want to meet you. • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills; prioritize tasks to meet team goals • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or guest‑facing role • Preferred: experience as a Front Desk/Guest Services Agent • Preferred: experience handling credit card transactions • Preferred: background in resort hospitality or related industries
