About the Role
The Warehouse Associate role supports receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, equipment upkeep, and timely delivery of materials to job sites. • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes following policies and procedures. • Conduct physical inventory counts to control stock levels. • Plan and implement warehouse layout changes, inspect equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to position products safely. • Load, unload, and log materials on trucks, noting any returns. • Prepare jobs and materials for field crews. • Clean both interior and exterior of trucks. • Deliver materials and transport employees to job sites.

What You Bring
• Hold a valid driver’s license. • 1–2 years of warehouse experience. • Ability to lift 50 lb regularly and follow safe warehouse practices. • Forklift certification or experience. • Willingness to deliver products between offices daily. • Knowledge of home‑remodeling or construction materials is a plus.
