About the Role
The Associate Photographer supports the media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Equipped with a Matterport Pro 3 3‑D scanner, digital camera gear, and an iPad, the photographer creates virtual tours, floor‑plans, and high‑quality photographs for residential listings within an assigned territory. Appointments are scheduled in advance, and the role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and a remote Photography Manager. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com using Matterport Pro3 and DSLR equipment. • Schedule and complete appointments within assigned territory, coordinating with dispatch and sales teams. • Communicate professionally with clients, researchers, and management to prioritize tasks. • Survey surrounding areas to identify and document commercial‑real‑estate inventory. • Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment usage.

What You Bring
Work hours can include weekends on a rotating schedule, and photographers spend up to eight hours a day driving, walking, standing, and handling equipment that weighs up to five pounds. The position requires the ability to work outdoors in all seasons, lift and maneuver gear, and perform repetitive hand‑and‑arm movements while operating cameras and tablets. Candidates must have at least two years of professional real‑estate photography experience, a recent photography degree or equivalent, and an FAA Part 107 drone license obtained within 30 days of hire. Strong time‑management, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. Compensation is hourly with a total annualized range of $50,000‑$60,000, plus monthly performance‑based bonuses.
