About the Role
• Provide superior customer service and meet on‑site client expectations. • Manage vendors, inspect subcontractor work, and ensure performance standards. • Assist with financial processes, including contract financial management and weekly consumables ordering. • Coordinate conference room bookings, set up meetings, and arrange catering as needed. • Oversee site cleanliness, direct cleaning staff, and organize specialty cleaning services. • Support contract administration by obtaining and maintaining security clearances. • Help execute safety procedures and contribute to the property risk management program. • Follow escalation, incident reporting procedures, and adhere to JLL business conduct. • Apply technical services knowledge to resolve complex issues under tight deadlines.

You will work alongside the Account Team to ensure safe, productive environments for occupants. • Demonstrate strong English communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. • Leverage experience in property/facilities/project management and receptionist duties. • Utilize high numerical ability, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial systems such as JDE or PPM. • Exhibit analytical, financial, and contract management expertise. • Maintain excellent organization, interpersonal, and client‑service skills.
