About the Role

The role is responsible for formulating, recommending, and communicating policies that drive effective sales operations with Industry Channels, including direct IADs, direct OEMs, and diffuse retailers. It ensures orders and customer communications are handled promptly and accurately, while proactively resolving sales issues. The manager prepares sales forecasts, expands demand across regions in KSA, and aligns field activities with key performance indicators. A strong focus on team spirit and customer attitude supports cross‑selling and enhances satisfaction through timely communication, accurate ordering, and diligent follow‑up. The position also involves maintaining high‑quality opportunity data, implementing channel and merchandise programs, and staying informed on market trends and competitor offerings. • Define and disseminate sales policies for all Industry Channels. • Ensure timely, accurate processing of orders and customer communications. • Resolve sales‑related problems proactively. • Generate and commit to sales forecasts, extending demand across KSA regions. • Maintain and leverage a customer database for targeted field visits aligned with KPI on time in the field. • Provide high‑quality data for opportunity management. • Motivate channels to achieve annual sales targets and maintain healthy stock levels. • Deliver exceptional customer service from order placement through tracking and follow‑up. • Implement channel and merchandise programs effectively.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, with an automation background considered an advantage, and bring 7–8 years of relevant market experience; experience with a competitor is viewed favorably. The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, applications, and the competitive landscape. • Cultivate team spirit and positive customer attitudes to drive cross‑selling. • Hold a Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; automation background is a plus. • Possess 7–8 years of relevant market experience, preferably with a competitor.
