About the Role

The Procurement Coordinator oversees suppliers and contracts for assigned categories and client sites, working with cross‑functional teams to source, contract, and manage the delivery of goods and services such as fire‑life safety, elevators, grounds, and pest control. The role contributes to client‑level KPIs by generating savings and ensuring sourcing program compliance. In day‑to‑day operations, the Coordinator supports JLL and client teams, maintains data integrity across sourcing platforms, administers contract and supplier files, and coordinates with operations, legal, and risk teams to execute contract amendments and supplier transitions while auditing compliance and tracking correspondence. The position also participates in RFPs and strategic procurement projects. • Provide contract process support and data entry for sourcing platforms such as Jaggaer and Corrigo. • Maintain integrity of RFP, contract, and related databases and reporting tools. • Complete due diligence for new supplier onboarding, including system administration. • Administer contract and supplier files to ensure compliance with JLL and client requirements (e.g., COIs, amendments, task orders). • Coordinate with operations, legal, and other teams to prioritize and execute contract amendments. • Manage supplier transition plans and communicate necessary contract changes. • Audit sourcing and contract files to validate compliance with policies and procedures. • Build relationships with internal teams to facilitate efficient review and approval of contract changes. • Track all correspondence and authorizations, integrating them into supplier records. • Participate in RFPs and other strategic procurement projects.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least three years of vendor relationship management experience, preferably within integrated facilities management, and possess strong professionalism, communication, and computer skills. A high degree of maturity, multitasking ability, and organization is required, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred. The role is based onsite in Hyderabad, India, with a 48‑hour weekly schedule. • Possess 3+ years of vendor relationship management experience within integrated facilities management. • Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and related computer applications. • Ability to multitask and strong organizational capabilities. • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
