About the Role

The role is a short‑term, high‑impact DevOps Consultant engagement focused on defining a comprehensive DevOps strategy and implementation roadmap for a client. Responsibilities include assessing current engineering practices, designing target architecture, selecting tools, and establishing the operating model and skill requirements for the client’s DevOps team. • Assess current development, infrastructure, and release processes. • Identify automation, security, scalability, and reliability gaps. • Define a DevOps vision, maturity roadmap, and success metrics. • Design end‑to‑end DevOps architecture covering CI/CD, IaC, environments, monitoring, and security. • Recommend and standardize a toolchain for CI/CD, containerization, cloud, monitoring, and automation. • Build core CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. • Create reference architectures, reusable templates, and best‑practice guidelines. • Enable DevSecOps and observability from day one. • Establish a DevOps operating model with defined roles and responsibilities. • Provide onboarding, knowledge transfer, and documentation for sustained operations. • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams. • Deliver regular strategic updates and recommendations to leadership. • Serve as a trusted advisor for the client’s DevOps transformation.

Benefits
