About the Role
Technicians will conduct observation, testing, and sampling of soils, aggregates, and concrete on project sites, perform routine field and laboratory tests according to industry standards, and handle data calculations and reductions. They will maintain daily communication with contractors, fellow technicians, and project managers, report changing site conditions, and assist with equipment organization and administrative duties. • Conduct observation, testing, and sampling of soils, aggregates, and concrete on project sites. • Perform routine field and laboratory tests following industry standards and compliance. • Calculate and reduce data from samples and test results; assist with drafting and administrative tasks. • Maintain daily communication with contractors, technicians, and managers; report site conditions and equipment issues. • Receive training in ECS methodology and document findings according to engineering practices.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift at least 85 pounds, hold a valid driver's license with insurance, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn heavy‑construction safety practices, CMT principles, ASTM laboratory standards, and to obtain OSHA 10 certification is required. • Lift up to 85 lb and maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance. • Obtain OSHA 10 certification and develop knowledge of CMT principles and ASTM standards. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication; collaborate effectively with team members.
