What You Bring
The CHVAC Americas Data Analytics team is seeking a self‑directed Data Analyst to translate business requests, complaints, and improvement opportunities into structured data investigations that uncover meaningful insights. The role emphasizes cost‑containment and productivity‑improvement initiatives across multiple CHVAC business segments, offering broad exposure to operational and strategic opportunities. • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of data analytics experience. • Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience using CRMs, ERPs, SQL, VBA. • Ability to translate business questions into analytical workstreams. • Strong storytelling, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Basic financial acumen for metric development and experience with SAP/S4 HANA, Salesforce, ServiceMax. • Familiarity with change‑management KPIs and dashboard creation.
