What You Bring

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced IT Business Lead for the Project to Close (PTC) functional track in Bangalore, India. Candidates should have 8-12 years of IT business management experience and a deep understanding of Oracle Project Management processes such as forecasting, costing, billing, revenue recognition, and project close, together with familiarity with DevOps methodologies. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and be able to mentor junior staff. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. • Bring 8-12 years of IT business management experience, preferably with PTC processes in an ERP environment. • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities.
