The Practice Builder will manage and expand multi‑disciplinary project teams, covering water and wastewater treatment, pumping systems, and large‑diameter conveyance. What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related) and a Professional Engineer license, with at least 15 years of design and management experience in water/wastewater projects. Proven business‑development success, established municipal contacts in the Temecula area, and strong communication, leadership, and technical skills are required. • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels. • Demonstrate strong technical, leadership, and communication skills. • Hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. • Possess at least 15 years of civil engineering design and management experience.
