About the Role

The Practice Builder will manage and expand multi‑disciplinary project teams, covering water and wastewater treatment, pumping systems, and large‑diameter conveyance. They will create a growth vision, operate with integrity, set strategic goals, and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring staff and transitioning work to qualified personnel. • Lead and expand multi‑disciplinary water and wastewater project teams. • Develop vision and growth strategy for the local water resources practice. • Operate with integrity, set goals, and maintain positive client relationships. • Manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, and mentor personnel. • Secure and nurture contacts with municipalities in Temecula and surrounding areas. • Drive business development and win new work.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related) and a Professional Engineer license, with at least 15 years of design and management experience in water/wastewater projects. Proven business‑development success, established municipal contacts in the Temecula area, and strong communication, leadership, and technical skills are required. • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels. • Demonstrate strong technical, leadership, and communication skills. • Hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. • Possess at least 15 years of civil engineering design and management experience.
