About the Role
The Business Operations Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and cross‑functional consistency across a complex, multi‑site regional portfolio. This position oversees the holistic contractual performance of the account, turning regional strategies into actionable workflows while maintaining rigorous governance and risk mitigation. Key activities include consolidating and validating performance data, designing real‑time KPI dashboards, and using analytics to identify trends and optimize processes. The Lead ensures all service lines exceed contractual SLAs and provides data‑driven insights to senior leadership. The role also provides high‑level contractual advisory, directs the Regional Governance Board, and ensures compliance with the Master Service Agreement and JLL global standards. Collaboration with Legal and Procurement supports seamless contract revisions and maintains a meticulous governance repository. Task Order management is a core responsibility, overseeing the full lifecycle from creation to finalization, aligning Integrated Facilities Management, Minor Works, and specialized services with client expectations and budgetary parameters. The Lead acts as the primary client interface to validate scope accuracy and compliance. Operational excellence is achieved by standardizing processes across sites, proactively managing risks, and partnering with Finance to monitor expenditures and budget variances. The Lead also crafts executive communications to ensure clarity and brand alignment. Strategic ad‑hoc initiatives include developing performance recovery plans, leading audit responses, authoring SOPs, and conducting deep‑dive risk investigations. The Lead supports contract extensions, renewals, and new site integrations to sustain growth. As a member of the Account Leadership Team, the Lead provides operational insights, chairs the Regional Risk Committee, and reviews significant operational changes to preserve governance standards. The role also champions JLL’s Ethics, Health, and Safety frameworks regionally. • Drive operational excellence across a multi‑site regional portfolio. • Consolidate performance data and create real‑time KPI dashboards. • Identify performance gaps and implement process optimization strategies. • Provide strategic contractual advisory, including renewals and scope changes. • Lead the Regional Governance Board and ensure audit readiness. • Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of task orders, aligning with client expectations. • Standardize operational processes and mitigate systemic risks. • Collaborate with Finance to monitor expenditures and manage budget variances. • Develop and execute performance recovery "Get Well" plans. • Lead internal and external executive communications. • Chair the Regional Risk Committee and maintain the Account Risk Register. • Review and approve significant operational changes to ensure compliance. • Champion safety and ethics initiatives across the region.

What You Bring
Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Finance (required) and an MBA or Master’s in Management (preferred), with 10–12+ years in business operations or corporate real estate and 5+ years in regional leadership. Expertise in MSA and task order management, strong KPI analytics, and on‑site presence in Singapore are essential. • Minimum 10–12 years business operations experience; 5+ years regional leadership. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred. • Expertise in MSA, task order management, and KPI analytics.
