About the Role
The RBS Leader is responsible for operational excellence, partnering with the EHS manager to ensure compliance and improve safety metrics, and collaborating with site leadership to define and execute a vision for future operational and growth needs. They assess processes, identify gaps, and lead lean‑based improvements across the value stream to enhance SQDCG measures. As a champion of continuous improvement, the manager mentors and trains staff on RBS tools, coaches talent, and fosters a culture of problem‑solving, translating strategic vision into actionable tactics. They communicate effectively at all levels, energize teams, and balance short‑term performance with long‑term transformation. • Partner with EHS manager to maintain compliance and improve safety metrics. • Define and execute site operational and growth vision with leadership team. • Identify process gaps and lead lean improvements (5S, flow, standard work, visual management). • Manage Regal Business System review process for prioritizing Kaizens, projects, and CI initiatives. • Coach and mentor employees on continuous improvement methods and RBS tools. • Analyze SQDCG and financial metrics to develop impactful improvement strategies. • Recruit, develop, and optimize talent to sustain CI culture.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and have at least seven years of experience applying CI tools such as 80/20 analysis, value‑stream mapping, 6S, flow, and visual management. Critical thinking, a bias for action, and alignment with Regal Rexnord values are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. • Minimum 7 years of experience applying CI tools (80/20, VSM, 6S, flow, visual management). • Proven ability to lead with a bias for action and a “say‑do” mindset. • Demonstrated alignment with Regal values: integrity, responsibility, diversity, innovation, etc.
