About the Role
The position also requires you to ticket and log vehicles accurately, respond to guest inquiries about local attractions and services, maintain vehicle cleanliness, train new hires, ensure shift coverage, and perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor. • Greet and assist owners/guests with luggage and transport • Provide instructions on room amenities and property services • Deliver messages, express check‑out folios, newspapers, and requested items • Report problems or unusual activities to management • Keep front entrance and lobby organized, safe, and clean • Operate vehicles safely to and from the parking garage • Ticket, log, and manage guest vehicles using the valet system • Answer guest inquiries about attractions, services, and transportation • Maintain cleanliness of each guest vehicle • Train new hires and current team members • Ensure all shifts are covered after schedule distribution

What You Bring
We are seeking a Lead Bellperson/Valet who is passionate about creating lasting vacation memories for owners and guests. In this role you will greet and assist guests with luggage, provide information about amenities, deliver messages and items, maintain a safe and clean lobby, and operate vehicles safely between the hotel and the parking garage. Candidates must have at least six months of face‑to‑face customer service experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract, the ability to lift up to 75 lb, and basic communication skills for verbal and written interactions. Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs, as well as the ability to use the valet computer system and maintain accurate records, are also essential. Preferred experience includes prior hospitality or bell‑person work, CPR or First Aid certification, and previous supervisory experience.
