About the Role

In this position the manager provides overall insight into project metrics, conducts productivity analysis, and collaborates with client field teams to ensure successful and safe project execution. The role requires oversight of electrical scopes, coordination of resources, and adherence to safety and quality standards. • Execute electrical scopes across projects, planning layouts and directing all electrical personnel • Forecast manpower and plan productivity for assigned scopes of work • Coordinate with client representatives to ensure materials, tools, safety equipment, and information packages are ready before installations • Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies • Compile and submit project reports, including daily logs, timesheets, manpower forecasts, testing logs, and closeout documents • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and quality standards • Consistently complete projects on schedule and within budget

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least six years of electrical industry experience, preferably in commercial retail, an active state electrical license, and a current OSHA 10 certification. Benefits

The Field Manager (Foreman) – Electrical role supports new construction and remodel projects across Texas and Oklahoma. Candidates may be based in any Texas city and will travel weekly to job sites, with travel expenses, housing, fuel, and per‑diem covered. Compensation includes a salary between $100k‑$140k, a best‑in‑class performance bonus, vehicle allowance, and a fuel card.
