About the Role
As a Field Engineer you act as the primary interface between on‑site teams and clients, overseeing equipment installation, maintenance and start‑up while ensuring job‑site services exceed expectations and supporting innovative solutions. • Coordinate crew deployment, tools, and services, liaising with customers and Operations Managers. • Solve complex technical problems on‑site through hands‑on work. • Prepare, document, and manage inbound and outbound equipment and product flow. • Support tender processes with data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing. • Participate in job‑shadowing to gain a holistic understanding of the business.
