About the Role

The role collaborates with the Payroll and Benefits team to support payroll and benefit processing, delivering timely and accurate transactional data and handling basic pay and benefit queries. • Work under limited supervision for non‑routine situations. • Handle MyHR Tier 2 queries within SLA targets. • Maintain accurate and authorised bank payments promptly. • Keep correct records for payroll items such as tax, NI, social contributions, pensions, absences and other deductions. • Perform manual calculations when required. • Process attachment of earnings orders or other statutory deductions per legislation. • Support and champion new ways of working. • Process payrolls and benefits accurately and on time. • Liaise with colleagues on pay and benefits queries. • Provide general administrative support. • Collaborate towards net‑zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions and reductions. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment ensuring everyone goes home safe and well. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and inspire people and teams to develop and excel.
