About the Role
Our legal teams deliver an efficient, service‑led and cost‑effective plot conveyancing function that supports the business’s key operation of plot sales, providing accurate reports and forecasts. In this role you will manage the day‑to‑day plot conveyancing for new‑build developments within an allocated regional office. You will liaise with regional offices and coordinate with Sales, Development and Technical teams to establish a comprehensive reporting and monitoring system for plot progress, part‑exchange transactions and ancillary land disposals such as sub‑stations and pumping stations. • Issue Missives and necessary conveyancing documentation • Generate correspondence, handle enquiries and manage pre‑ and post‑completion Missives • Progress new‑home sales to conclude Missives, serve notice and achieve legal completion within required timeframes • Maintain a diary scheduler with comprehensive plot progression and weekly home‑progress reports • Keep records of plot and part‑exchange transactions for accurate forecasting and reporting

What You Bring
• Proven experience in Property Law and residential conveyancing, either in private practice or in‑house • Competent IT skills, including the Microsoft Office suite • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to maintain complex paper and electronic filing systems • Experience handling high‑volume work while remaining calm and collected • Strong communication skills to analyse complex legal issues quickly and clearly at all levels
