About the Role
The Retail Merchandiser acts as a key link between Footprint Solutions and its retail customers, managing product displays, implementing plan‑ogram updates, stocking shelves, conducting surveys and audits, assisting with store remodels, and tagging products with security materials. Merchandisers service multiple locations within a defined territory, working independently on retailer sites while reporting to a District Manager.

• Ability to work independently or in a team depending on project needs. • Strong communication skills. • Independent thinker, problem‑solver, and decision‑maker. • Knowledge of smart‑phone technology preferred. • Ability to work remotely, schedule and report store visits, photos, and travel expenses promptly. • Effective time‑management skills. • Highly ethical work practices. • Self‑motivated and highly organized. • Must be at least 18 years old. • Able to meet physical demands, including reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
