About the Role
Under general supervision, the incumbent provides data analysis, assessment, reporting, and recommendations within assigned areas of expertise to support departmental workflow, customer service, improvement, and work quality. The role serves as a subject‑matter expert, prepares data‑summary reports, resolves internal and external issues, tracks resolutions, monitors workflow, participates in special and cross‑functional projects, and ensures data accuracy and quality. It also identifies process risks, recommends continuous‑improvement changes, and evaluates or creates training materials. • Serve as subject‑matter expert for assigned functions. • Prepare and deliver reports on data summaries, changes, and trends for management. • Assess data and provide actionable recommendations. • Resolve internal and external issues and track them to resolution. • Monitor workflow to ensure timely project and daily task completion. • Participate in special projects and cross‑functional teams. • Ensure data accuracy and quality throughout department processes. • Identify risks in new or changed processes and suggest improvements. • Recommend and implement continuous‑improvement changes. • Evaluate, update, or create training materials for the assigned group.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or an equivalent combination of a high‑school diploma/GED and four years of relevant experience) is required; additional experience is preferred but not mandatory. Physical demands include repetitive motions, coordination, sitting, talking, and hearing, performed primarily in an office setting with standard equipment. The position follows a hybrid schedule based in Windsor, CT. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or high‑school diploma/GED plus 4 years relevant experience. • Preferred: No prior work experience required beyond education. • Physical requirements: repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, sitting, talking, hearing; office environment. • Must have or obtain a REAL ID (or TSA‑approved alternative) for travel or federal property access.
