About the Role
The Project Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale commercial and residential base‑build projects, overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, procurement, contract management and stakeholder coordination. The role ensures compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards while driving cost efficiency and client satisfaction. Responsible for the complete project lifecycle—from initiation through closure—the manager creates detailed plans, schedules and budgets, allocates resources, and monitors performance against KPIs. They lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain regular communication with clients, investors, and regulatory authorities, and streamline workflows across internal and external partners. • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, allocating resources efficiently. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, consultants, architects and internal stakeholders. • Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety and statutory regulations across all project activities. • Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for cost‑effective delivery. • Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and implement corrective actions proactively. • Communicate progress and address concerns with clients, investors and stakeholders regularly. • Monitor performance using KPIs, progress reports and dashboards, and drive continuous improvements. • Resolve project issues, conflicts and challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for transparency and audit purposes. • Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across projects.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering, a master’s degree in project management (PMP preferred) and possess 12‑15 years of relevant experience, including delivery of 8‑10 institutional, university or residential projects. Technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical and architectural works, along with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. • Hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering with a master’s degree in project management (PMP certification preferred). • Possess 12‑15 years of relevant experience, including delivery of 8‑10 institutional or residential projects. • Experience with a Project Management Consultancy is preferred. • Demonstrate technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical and architectural works. • Exhibit excellent organizational, motivational, communication and interpersonal abilities. • Enjoy a flexible and agile work environment supported by technology.
