About the Role

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing valuation reports for various asset classes, conducting research and collecting data from internal and external sources, collaborating with senior team members on market research, cash‑flow projections and report preparation, developing relationships both inside and outside JLL for business development, and continuously improving skills through conferences and online learning. • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for diverse asset classes. • Conduct research and gather data from internal and external sources. • Collaborate with senior team members on market research, cash‑flow projections, and report drafting. • Build and maintain relationships internally and externally to support business development. • Continuously enhance market knowledge through conferences and online learning. • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision. • Interact orally or in writing with tenants and external partners outside Quebec (e.g., service providers, law firms, bankers, brokerage firms, credit agencies, non‑French‑speaking clients).

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a post‑secondary education in commerce, economics, business administration, urban economics/planning or urban geography, at least two years of full‑time commercial real‑estate experience, AACI/OEAQ candidacy (designation a plus), proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, knowledge of key capital‑market themes, strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision. Preferred qualifications include experience with real‑estate software such as ARGUS Enterprise, excellent time‑management and organizational skills, the ability to adapt, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, a sense of urgency in responding to stakeholders, detail‑oriented analytical abilities, an independent yet collaborative work style, and a proactive mindset with initiative. • Hold post‑secondary education in commerce, economics, business administration, urban economics/planning or geography. • Possess at least 2 years of full‑time commercial real‑estate experience. • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Adobe Acrobat. • Knowledge of capital‑markets and investment‑real‑estate trends. • Exhibit strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Preferred: experience with ARGUS Enterprise or similar real‑estate software. • Preferred: excellent time‑management, organizational and analytical abilities. • Preferred: ability to prioritize, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and respond urgently to stakeholders. • Preferred: proactive, independent yet collaborative work style with initiative.
