About the Role
The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager and is accountable for all aspects of community operations—including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration and risk management—while ensuring compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair‑housing guidelines. • Oversee all community operations: personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management. • Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on‑site staff; manage schedules and address performance issues. • Achieve net operating income targets through cost control, revenue enhancement, and budgeting. • Develop and execute yearly marketing and leasing plans; ensure effective leasing processes and resident satisfaction. • Handle resident complaints, implement retention programs, and coordinate move‑ins. • Ensure accurate administrative and leasing reporting; lead emergency response team. • Supervise maintenance, repairs, and property appearance; manage vendor relationships and budgets. • Maintain compliance with fair housing laws, OSHA requirements, and company policies. • Provide reliable transportation for on‑call emergencies.

What You Bring
• Required: High School diploma (Bachelor’s preferred); 1‑2 years housing experience; CAM or ARM certification preferred. • Basic computer skills and ability to use on‑site software. • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lb, climb ladders, and work in varied environments; available for overtime, weekends, and emergencies.
