About the Role
The expert will collaborate closely with WSP’s Middle East Advisory Services team and operate within a multidisciplinary group of environmental and sustainability professionals located in Bangalore, Noida and Mumbai. The team is responsible for delivering the highest technical standards and supporting client‑focused project delivery. • Conduct geotechnical assessments to support tailings storage facility design. • Develop environmental compliance plans aligned with Middle East and international regulations. • Implement monitoring programs and generate performance reports for waste disposal systems. • Advise clients on integrating sustainability best practices into mining waste management. • Produce technical documentation and deliver stakeholder presentations. • Coordinate with WSP’s advisory and sustainability teams across Indian offices. • Apply waste‑treatment technologies to optimize handling of tailings, waste rock and chemical residues. • Support quality‑control activities throughout project lifecycle.
