About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role focuses on leasing, marketing and resident relations for a property, ensuring prospective residents are qualified, tours are conducted, leases are executed, and resident satisfaction is maintained through responsive service and retention initiatives. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, including qualifying and signing leases. • Generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing goals. • Handle resident complaints, requests, and assist with retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Perform administrative tasks and assist in office, common area, and model upkeep. • Implement the annual marketing plan, conduct market surveys, and report weekly market conditions. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and enforce community policies.
