About the Role
Under general direction, you are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned projects, working with owners, contractors, and sales teams to ensure projects are accurate, on‑time, within budget, and maintain positive cash flow while pursuing change orders and adhering to legal and safety standards. You will act as the on‑site leader, develop schedules, evaluate contractual scope, estimate costs, negotiate proposals, manage billing and collections, analyze financial reports, communicate progress and risks, and apply Microsoft Project to monitor job performance and recovery plans. • Lead large, multi‑million‑dollar controls construction projects across the U.S. • Manage project budgets, billing, cash flow and ensure profitability. • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project. • Pursue and negotiate change orders to maximize revenue. • Ensure compliance with contractual scope, legal requirements and safety standards. • Coordinate with owners, contractors, sales, and installation teams. • Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance. • Manage material procurement, delivery, and on‑site execution. • Build and sustain long‑term relationships with customers and partners. • Communicate project progress, risks, and financial status to management. • Travel up to 50 % to job sites and handle complex, multi‑scope projects.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Management or Architecture (or equivalent experience), a minimum of eight years’ direct project‑management experience in building construction, and the expectation to obtain PMI/PMP certification within two years. Strong communication skills, proficiency in project‑management software, MS Office, Adobe, and Visio, and the ability to travel regularly are required. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and ≥ 8 years project‑management experience in building construction. • Obtain PMI/PMP certification within two years of hire. • Proficient in project‑management software, MS Office, Adobe, and Visio.
