About the Role

The Land Surveyor role in Dubai supports the Resident Engineer and Project Manager on major roadway projects, including new highway designs, interchanges, and upgrades of existing roads. Working on‑site, the surveyor will provide essential topographic and boundary data for bridges and underpasses, ensuring that design and construction teams have accurate information throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct precise land surveys for bridge and underpass projects throughout Dubai. • Utilize advanced surveying equipment and GPS technology to collect and analyze data. • Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans using specialized software. • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide essential survey information. • Ensure compliance with RTA standards and local regulations for all surveying activities. • Perform quality checks and verify the accuracy of survey data. • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to land boundaries or elevations. • Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline and be professionally licensed as a Land Surveyor. They should bring at least eight years of relevant experience, particularly on bridge and underpass projects, and demonstrate proficiency with advanced surveying tools, GPS technology, and specialized software. • Hold a Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field with professional licensure. • Bring a minimum of eight years' experience in land surveying, including bridge and underpass projects. • Proficient in advanced surveying equipment, GPS technology, and specialized software. • Knowledge of RTA standards and local surveying regulations. • Preferred experience in the Middle East or UAE/Dubai and pre‑approval by RTA.
