About the Role

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors to the Homeowners Association. This role provides excellent customer service, manages front desk operations, and supports HOA management with administrative and communication tasks. • Greet residents, guests, and vendors professionally. • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries and route messages appropriately. • Enforce HOA policies on guest access, parking, and amenities. • Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and monitor building access. • Assist residents with questions about HOA rules, amenities, and community services. • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. • Coordinate vendor access and notify residents or management as needed. • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming. • Report maintenance issues, security concerns, or resident complaints to management. • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, notices, and scheduling. • Support HOA events, meetings, and community communications when required.

Benefits
