Assist residents with daily personal care, safety, meals, and activities per their care plan.

About the Role
In this role, the caregiver assists residents in all aspects of daily living according to each resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities. • Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) per care plan • Maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality • Escort residents to meals and activities • Ensure residents are clean, appropriately dressed, groomed, and fed during shifts • Document services provided each shift • Report any change in resident condition immediately to supervisor

What You Bring
Candidates must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide with experience serving the elderly, preferably with dementia care, and must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and using proper body mechanics. • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) • Experience with elderly population; dementia experience preferred • Stand, walk, sit, and perform fine and gross motor tasks • Lift or carry up to 50 lb and use proper body mechanics • Reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell as needed
