About the Role
The Warehouse Manager establishes standard and emergency procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping products, and develops safety and security programs. They review work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to plan peak delivery periods, assign work, schedule pickups and deliveries, and lead a team of warehouse personnel. The role also prepares operational reports and maintenance and safety manuals. • Establish procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping products • Develop and implement warehouse safety and security programs • Review work orders and forecasts to schedule deliveries and assign tasks • Lead and supervise warehouse personnel in day‑to‑day operations • Schedule pickups, deliveries, and material distribution • Prepare operational reports and safety manuals

What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for periods exceeding 60 minutes, and operate a company or personal vehicle for more than 20% of the work week, subject to a satisfactory motor vehicle record. Candidates generally need 5+ years of experience; forklift experience, knowledge of construction and industrial products, and Spanish proficiency are preferred. • Lift/carry up to 50 lb, stand for extended periods, and operate a vehicle >20% of the week with an acceptable MVR • Require minimum 5 years of experience; forklift experience, construction product knowledge, and Spanish are preferred
