About the Role
The on‑site Escrow Officer prepares all documents required for processing and closing escrow, conveys title, records documents, clears title requirements, and issues title insurance. The role also includes business development using marketing and customer‑service techniques. • Bring in 5‑10 resale orders per month to earn commission. • Grow and maintain a book of business through business development and escrow transactions. • Manage the escrow process, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations. • Maintain accurate records of calls, expenses, and order volume. • Conduct daily prospecting calls and develop sales forecasts and territory potentials. • Promote and maintain customer relationships via presentations and training programs. • Attend social events and participate in local trade and professional groups. • Ensure all parties meet conditions prior to closing while maintaining confidentiality.

What You Bring
• Hold a Utah Escrow or Sales Title license (mandatory) and a Notary license. • Minimum three years of escrow officer or business development experience. • High school diploma or equivalent; strong communication and MS Office (Excel) skills. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to understand complex real estate transactions and escrow accounting procedures.
