About the Role
The heavy‑equipment operator will safely and efficiently run machinery to support production, perform routine inspections and basic maintenance, follow safety and regulatory protocols, and assist with loading, transporting, and handling materials as required. • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment. • Follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. • Load, transport, and handle materials as needed. • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match and automatic contributions.

What You Bring
Candidates must demonstrate proven ability to operate heavy equipment, have a strong awareness of safety practices and regulatory compliance, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt to changing job demands while maintaining a productive work environment. Employment is subject to a post‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, background check, and, where applicable, FMCSA‑regulated testing. The role is performed in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, temperature extremes, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Demonstrate strong safety awareness and regulatory compliance. • Communicate effectively within a team‑oriented environment. • Adapt to changing job demands and work conditions.
