Maintenance Production Control Specialist (UAE Nationals only)

About the Role

The role involves providing maintenance planning documents to the workshop based on event‑based maintenance, collaborating with AMO locations on repair material authorization, logistics, and cost aspects, and performing quality and service delivery checks on maintenance documents and system updates in MaPS, SAP, and AWC. The incumbent interprets data, analyzes results, and delivers weekly KPI flash reports and ongoing analyses to assess production and delivery performance. They work with supervisors and leads to identify process‑improvement opportunities and prioritize business needs, while preparing management reports that highlight trends, patterns, and predictions. Additionally, they create visual dashboards and graphs for stakeholders and apply Lean techniques to resource and document planning. • Provide event‑based maintenance planning documents to the workshop. • Coordinate repair material authorization, logistics, and cost with AMO locations. • Conduct quality and service delivery checks on maintenance documents and updates in MaPS/SAP/AWC. • Analyze data and deliver weekly KPI flash reports and ongoing performance analyses. • Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities with supervisors and leads. • Prepare management reports highlighting trends, patterns, and forecasts. • Develop stakeholder dashboards and visualizations to track goal progress. • Apply Lean techniques to optimize resource and document planning. • Collect, organize, and disseminate large data sets for analysis. • Create queries, write reports, and present analytical findings.

What You Bring

The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large volumes of information, and be proficient in queries, report writing, and presenting findings with clear analysis and summaries. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills are required.
