About the Role
Reporting to the Project Delivery Leader, the Project Analyst plays a pivotal role in the Project Delivery Unit, helping to define, govern, execute, and measure cross‑functional projects that drive growth, operational effectiveness, and superior customer experiences across the organization. Key duties include coordinating shared and cross‑functional resources, monitoring portfolio status and reporting progress, driving projects through approval processes, developing KPI measurements, providing governance and artefact support, building stakeholder relationships, conducting cost‑benefit analyses, preparing presentations, and managing risk, issues, and pipeline planning. • Provide tools, training, and development programs to support success. • Deliver comprehensive benefits for employees and their families. • Coordinate shared and cross‑functional resources across projects. • Monitor portfolio status, report progress, and suggest improvements. • Drive projects through approval processes and manage budgets, schedules, and scope. • Develop and report KPI measurements to validate benefit realization. • Facilitate governance, create project artefacts, and ensure senior leadership visibility. • Build relationships with business partners and translate needs into action plans. • Support cost‑benefit analysis and business case development. • Prepare presentations and regular portfolio reports for senior management. • Manage risks, resolve issues, and support pipeline planning.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a post‑secondary degree in Business or Project Management, possesses a PMI designation (such as PMP, PgMP, or PMOCP), has 2‑5 years of PMO experience plus at least two years in a leadership role, demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and is proficient with MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel, while being flexible to travel and work varied hours. • Hold a post‑secondary degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. • Possess a PMI designation (PMP, PgMP, or PMOCP) and 2‑5 years of PMO experience. • Have at least two years of leadership or management experience. • Demonstrate strong organizational, time‑management, and stakeholder‑communication skills. • Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and the MS Office suite. • Willing to travel across Canada and the US and work flexible hours as needed.
