About the Role

As the Sales Executive – VIP you will be responsible for educating and selling the Vacation Introductory Program to our guests. The role involves presenting vacation packages, completing agreements according to policy, and gathering guest feedback on Hilton VIP products. Success is measured by meeting defined metrics and handling sophisticated customer service issues in a fast‑paced environment. • Educate guests and sell Vacation Introductory Packages. • Complete vacation program agreements per company rules. • Deliver required presentations to guests. • Survey guests to capture feedback on Hilton VIP products. • Meet and maintain performance metrics. • Resolve complex customer service issues. • Use DailyPay for instant, on‑demand wage transfers.

What You Bring
