About the Role
In this role you will manage the entire hiring process—from requisition intake through offer acceptance—while sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks, and maintaining pipelines to meet staffing needs. You will ensure a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience, providing clear communication at every stage and serving as a trusted point of contact for candidates. Accountability includes meeting hiring timelines and quality targets, supporting hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives, and contributing to a collaborative talent acquisition team focused on results and continuous improvement. • Own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field positions. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define staffing requirements. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networks. • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure readiness for hiring needs. • Deliver a transparent, timely candidate experience with clear communication. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process. • Accurately record candidate data in the ATS and uphold recruiting processes. • Identify and implement efficiency improvements in recruiting workflows. • Meet hiring timelines and quality targets for assigned business areas. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives. • Collaborate within the talent acquisition team to drive results and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
Accurate maintenance of candidate data in the ATS, adherence to standardized recruiting processes, and continuous pursuit of efficiency improvements are essential, as is staying current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, has 1–3 years of high‑volume talent acquisition experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, high organization, detail‑orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby and ADP a plus). • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred). • Bring 1–3 years of high‑volume recruiting experience. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Exhibit high organization, detail‑orientation, and time‑management abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with ATS/HRIS (Ashby, ADP a plus).
