About the Role

The Senior Manager, Field Operations & Transformation is a critical leadership role at Renuity, responsible for driving the company’s ambitious expansion agenda. This position leads end‑to‑end execution of greenfield market entries and the strategic rollout of new product offerings across existing and new divisions. The role also provides strategic oversight and standardization for all growth implementation efforts, developing and refining playbooks to ensure scalability, operational excellence and alignment with aggressive growth objectives in a fast‑paced, private‑equity‑backed environment. In greenfield geographic expansion, the leader translates strategic decisions into actionable launch plans, handling detailed project management, resource allocation and timeline management. They oversee the establishment of infrastructure for new operations—including site selection, facility build‑out, initial hiring, technology integration, licensing, vendor onboarding, training and supply‑chain setup—and manage the end‑to‑end execution from pre‑launch through day‑one activation and the 30/60/90‑day ramp‑up. Accountability includes meeting predetermined financial and operational targets for the initial P&L performance of new locations. For product expansions into established markets, the manager leads implementation and rollout of new product and service offerings across existing divisions and new greenfield markets, coordinating product development, marketing, sales and operations. They ensure all divisions are operationally ready, providing training to sales and install teams, updating protocols, and preparing warehouses and suppliers. Success is measured by adoption, integration, performance tracking, feedback gathering and iterative rollout strategies. The role also develops, refines and institutionalizes Renuity’s Growth Playbook, establishing standard processes, templates and playbooks for scalable market and product launches. • Lead end‑to‑end execution of new greenfield market entries, including site selection, build‑out, hiring, technology integration and supply‑chain setup. • Manage launch timelines, resource allocation and initial P&L performance for new locations. • Oversee rollout of new product and service offerings across existing divisions and new markets, coordinating development, marketing, sales and operations. • Ensure operational readiness—train sales and install teams, update protocols, prepare warehouses and suppliers—for product launches. • Develop and maintain Renuity’s Growth Playbook with standardized processes and templates for market and product launches. • Travel up to 75 % of the time to support market launches and stakeholder alignment.
