About the Role

Based in Hesston, KS, you will be part of the Production team where you will assemble parts into welding jigs, perform tack welding, operate hand tools, maintain a clean 5S‑compliant workspace, and attend daily safety meetings. You will also control robot operations, perform cleaning and inspections, and be accountable for safety, quality, and precise objective achievement. • Assemble parts into welding jigs and tack weld according to prints (≈50%). • Use hand tools such as grinders and scrapers to ensure product quality (≈10%). • Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards (≈10%). • Participate in daily safety meetings (≈5%). • Operate, clean, and inspect robot welding equipment (≈20%).

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and eager to learn.
