About the Role

• Lead projects from concept through design, procurement, delivery, and commissioning (RIBA stages 0–7). • Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met. • Collaborate with project management teams to deliver capital investment projects. • Oversee project commissions, planning, directing, and supervising operations. • Manage risk, balancing moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact (RTF). • Contribute to overall AECOM project management team operations.

What You Bring

The Senior Project Manager role, based in Galway or Cork, focuses on healthcare and education projects. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinating client expectations with internal teams to achieve objectives within budget and schedule. The position requires strong leadership, risk awareness, and collaboration across multidisciplinary groups. • Experience in primary healthcare and education markets. • Post‑graduate qualification in project management, construction, engineering or quantity surveying. • Pursuing Chartered status with SCSI/RICS, CIOB, RIBA or EI (APM affiliation a plus). • Hybrid work flexibility with strong communication and leadership skills.
