About the Role

What You Bring

The Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice (MRA) will learn to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic, mechanical, computer, and control systems within a complex fulfillment center. After completing the program, the apprentice advances to a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician role. • Hold a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and meet the Mechanical Aptitude Test score. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project for document management. • Prior experience in electrical, mechanical, or controls fields is preferred. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb, reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb ladders, and use aerial lifts while wearing required PPE.

Travel‑related expenses, including room and board, are covered, followed by a year of on‑the‑job learning at the home site. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with pay determined by location, experience, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
