About the Role

• Prepare and maintain monthly/bi‑weekly cost reports, profit projections, and work‑in‑process tracking. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors. • Coordinate project manpower requirements with the General Superintendent. • Prepare and maintain schedule of values and pay applications throughout the project. • Build and implement project schedules and change order logs. • Oversee and plan each electrical project with the general contractor from pre‑construction through turnover. • Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on time and within budget. • Oversee daily project coordination and approve vendor invoices. • Respond promptly to RFIs and review addendums and change orders. • Maintain communication among the company, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners/developers throughout construction.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and have at least three years of design/build electrical construction experience. Proficiency in estimating methods and software such as Accubid, the ability to develop project schedules and cost projections, and a solid understanding of OSHA requirements, the National Electrical Code, and low‑voltage systems are required. Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication abilities are essential. The role involves a stationary work setting with frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lb. The company prioritizes safety, maintaining COVID‑19 protocols such as PPE provision, limited foot traffic, enhanced cleaning, and adherence to CDC guidelines. Employment is contingent upon background, drug, and E‑Verify screening, and the company does not sponsor work visas.
