Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

• Accurately measure and price using contract drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities. • Handle post‑contract QS functions, including interim/final payments, variations, commercial correspondence, cash flows, and claims. • Advise on contractual matters and contractor resource allocation. • Audit contractor payments and ensure timely, complete valuations. • Prepare variations, day‑works, and monitor final cost estimates. • Maintain expenditure records and prepare monthly financial statements. • Review, negotiate, and settle claims. • Coordinate and monitor activities of the QS team.

What You Bring

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role you will perform standard estimating activities typical to the engineering and construction industry and manage post‑contract QS functions. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. • Minimum 10 years’ experience on large infrastructure projects. • Knowledge of pre‑ and post‑contract administration. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • UAE Authority approval as Quantity Surveyor (preferred). • Proficient in interpreting construction contract documents, drawings, and specifications. • Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred). • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work independently.
