What You Bring
The Skilled Laborer/Groundman supports all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, performing manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading materials, preparing job sites with hand tools, transporting heavy equipment, building and maintaining aerial and underground cable systems, troubleshooting field issues, and learning to use various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, consistently delivers high‑quality work, enjoys solving problems hands‑on, seeks long‑term projects, works well in a team, holds a valid Class A CDL with a clean record, and is eager to learn telecom construction trades such as coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, while making a positive impact in the local community. • Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record. • Strong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on work approach. • Ability to work collaboratively and get hands‑dirty with the team.
