About the Role
The specialist will partner with sales to design localized campaign strategies, collaborate with product teams to create content in various formats, and manage lead flow across organic, paid, online and offline channels. They will develop lead‑nurturing programs with tailored content and automated workflows, and execute regional events, webinars, and roadshows to generate qualified leads. Additionally, they will equip local sales teams with high‑impact materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and toolkits. Ensuring brand consistency, sharing best practices across markets, and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities are key parts of the role. Performance will be tracked through KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates and campaign ROI, with regular reports presented to both local and global teams. • Design and execute localized B2B demand‑generation campaigns aligned with sales goals. • Create multi‑format content (videos, images, articles) and manage end‑to‑end lead flow. • Develop automated lead‑nurturing programs and workflows. • Plan and run regional events, webinars, and roadshows to generate qualified leads. • Produce localized marketing assets such as case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs and toolkits for sales teams. • Maintain brand consistency, share best practices across markets, and conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities. • Track and report key performance indicators (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, ROI) and provide insights to global marketing.

What You Bring

The role bridges marketing and sales, ensuring transparency, tight collaboration, and shared accountability. It is ideal for marketers with experience in industrial, building‑technology, or HVAC sectors who thrive in a fast‑paced, sales‑aligned environment. The ideal candidate has at least three years of B2B marketing experience—preferably in industrial, building‑technology, or HVAC sectors—demonstrated success in demand generation, lead nurturing, and Salesforce lead management, and a technical marketing background. Strong collaboration with sales, understanding of local market dynamics, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders are required. • Minimum three years B2B marketing experience in industrial, building‑technology or HVAC sectors. • Proven success in demand generation, lead nurturing, and Salesforce lead management. • Strong collaboration with sales, market‑dynamic understanding, and excellent written and verbal English skills.
