About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role oversees all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, ensuring positive experiences for current and prospective residents. • Show, qualify, tour prospective residents and secure lease agreements. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move‑in and assist with lease audits and unit turn processes. • Track prospect traffic, update leasing data, and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to boost property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing targets. • Perform administrative duties and support office, common‑area, and model‑unit upkeep. • Address resident complaints, concerns, and service requests to ensure satisfaction. • Help develop and execute resident retention initiatives such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Support the annual marketing plan, conduct market surveys, and maintain competitive product knowledge. • Produce weekly market‑survey reports and generate ideas for outreach programs. • Deliver high‑quality customer service, monitor service‑request response times, and uphold a positive community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
Applicants need a high‑school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. The position requires regular onsite attendance, physical activity such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 25 lb, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and varying temperatures.
