About the Role
The Junior Estimator is responsible for preparing time, cost, and labor estimates for assigned projects, applying knowledge of specialized methodologies, techniques, principles, and processes. For awarded contracts, the Junior Estimator provides ongoing cost estimate support to operations. • Complete quality survey/take‑off • Contact vendors and subcontractors • Prepare pricing, bids and proposals • Execute transition • Supply cost estimates on changes during construction • Ensure a safe work environment • Participate in training/certifications

What You Bring
A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
