About the Role
The Insights Specialist will lead data‑driven transformation for multiple local accounts, leveraging JLL’s global data assets to improve performance, enhance client satisfaction and generate actionable insights. This strategic role acts as a master data storyteller, translating complex analytics into narratives that influence decision‑making at the highest levels and driving organisational change through data. In day‑to‑day work the specialist will use JLL Azara and Azara AI to uncover hidden patterns, provide prompt‑engineering guidance for JLL GPT, and inspire a shift toward real‑time data ecosystems. They will design analytics and scenario models, translate business needs into technical specifications, prototype custom content when tools fall short, and ensure solutions align with data‑governance standards. Acting as the primary liaison between account stakeholders and the offshore Center of Excellence, they will manage project roadmaps, timelines and post‑launch performance monitoring. • Lead data-driven transformation for local accounts using JLL's global data assets. • Translate complex analytics into compelling narratives for C-level decision makers. • Leverage JLL Azara, Azara AI, and JLL GPT to generate strategic insights and train users. • Partner with offshore Center of Excellence to design, prototype, and launch data solutions. • Develop analytics models, scenario planning tools, and real-time data ecosystems. • Align data strategies with business objectives while ensuring governance compliance. • Present data stories that drive organizational change and performance improvement.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate demonstrates visionary data leadership, with a track record of using advanced analysis and visualisation to drive performance improvements in real‑estate or financial services. They possess expert knowledge of JLL Azara, Azara AI and AI prompt engineering, strong strategic thinking, and exceptional storytelling abilities to present insights to C‑level executives. Change‑management expertise and the ability to anticipate client needs and future trends are also essential. A master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field and extensive senior‑level BI or data‑strategy experience—preferably in real estate—are required. Candidates must be proficient in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, SQL, modern data‑warehousing technologies, Databricks, Python and agile prototyping. Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, autonomous work style and experience influencing multinational organisations are also expected. • Require master's degree in Data Science/Analytics and senior BI experience in real estate. • Expert in JLL Azara, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI prompt engineering. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change-management skills.

This remote position (Chicago, IL) offers an estimated total compensation range of $94,820 to $137,500 annually, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, paid parental leave at 100 % salary, paid time off, company holidays and early access to earned wages via Daily Pay.
