About the Role
• Operate hydrovac equipment and perform duties in varied environments, including confined spaces • Drive hydrovac trucks (10–15% of work time) • Attend safety meetings • Perform routine inspections and minor equipment repairs • Prepare work areas by establishing safety measures and addressing hazards • Document and report all Badger, federal, state, and customer paperwork accurately • Work variable shifts with extended hours • Lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and maintain stamina for manual labor in varying weather • Provide strong customer service and interact comfortably with clients

What You Bring

If you're detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and ready to be part of essential infrastructure work, apply now to join our dedicated team. • Possess a valid Class A or B CDL • Hold CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, and OSHA 10 certification (preferred) • Experience driving a manual 10‑18 speed transmission without automatic restrictions (preferred) • Travel up to 25% as required • Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred) • Be at least 21 years of age • Demonstrate enthusiasm for a safety‑focused collaborative team • Be technology‑adept • Undergo physical examination and pre‑employment screenings (driver’s abstract, drug and alcohol test)
