About the Role
In this role you will develop and maintain strategic relationships with the largest utility contractors, driving utility‑vehicle sales through distribution partners while creating demand with end users. You will align sales activities with long‑term business objectives, influence decision‑makers at all levels, and balance competing priorities to achieve sustainable growth. • Generate demand for utility vehicles by understanding end‑user challenges and positioning solutions. • Build and nurture relationships with top‑tier utility contractors to align solutions with their needs. • Drive utility vehicle sales through distribution partners to meet revenue and market‑share targets. • Develop and implement multi‑year strategic plans for corporate accounts. • Resolve conflicts among contractors, distributors, and internal teams to preserve partnerships. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with distribution, operations, and product teams to deliver superior customer experiences. • Track and report account performance, pipeline development, and strategic initiatives. • Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all decision‑making levels. • Manage long‑term projects and adapt to changing priorities.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business, sales or a related field (MBA preferred) and brings at least seven years of sales or account‑management experience in the utility or heavy‑equipment sector.
